Speaking about jazz in general, it is more than just music genre definition for us. It is spirit of independence and freedom in creativity, truth state in front of per se and absence of connection to character. Many of performers, who play now at modern prestigious jazz festivals, such as Montreux, North Sea Jazz or Worldwide, grow up listening to jazz and create new musical genres here and now, like those who surprised us with music half a century ago. Therefore, if we consider music itself, then we speak about fusion of many genres.

Jazzystan it is not just another music event that is created only for the sake of entertainment. It is also about believing that we can do something worthy for the world we live in.

The awakening of consciousness and the dissolution of conventional stereotypes and perceptions are based on an intention to instill a deep insight of love and peace and understanding that we are ONE, closely connected to one another. Through our intentions and actions, we create the world as we see fit, dependant on how we are able to develop the cultural lebensraum in which we live. By putting high level cultural precedents into practice, we are able to positively influence the world around.

Through openness, friendliness and respect for the listener we want to bring beauty in the life of each and everyone. Of course, it is true that our public attends the Festival due to the fact that we invite outstanding musicians, but it is also because they intuitively share our beliefs and values. The way we communicate with our public for the last two years has shown us that people acquire not only WHAT we do, but also WHY we do it. We are happy to know that we create something positive together with the people who believe in what we do.
